Roles We Hire For
Employment opportunities may include a variety of student support and intervention roles within our partner school districts across Delaware.
Student Services Support Staff
Support staff members assist in maintaining a positive school climate by monitoring student activity and reinforcing district-approved behavioral expectations.
Behavioral Interventionists
Interventionists work directly with students to implement behavioral redirection strategies and de-escalate conflicts to ensure a safe learning environment.
Rescue Relief Members (RRMs)
Rescue Relief Members provide temporary coverage when assigned staff are absent or when schools need additional short-term support. RRMs must be flexible, dependable, and prepared to work at different school locations as needed.
